Now that I have received my Felidae Craft Swap package from Caroline (and Devin has received his from Kirsten) I can reveal all. 

This was my package. I love it. I got a cuddly cat (which I’ve had to wrestle from the grasp of Brodie); a cross stitch key ring to make; a bag of ribbons and buttons and stuff; and a customised page from Coraline. There aren’t words to describe how perfect this last item is. Since the start of the year I have been devouring Neil Gaiman’s fiction. Coraline is also Brodie’s favourite film so we watch it a lot (and my desktop is Coraline themed).

This is what Devin received. When he opened the parcel he exclaimed “wow, she really knows…” He didn’t finish the sentence because he was in total awe. Brodie spied the chocolate cat lollies and World War 3 was only just averted (I distracted her with the bubble wrap).

Amongst the bits and pieces I sent Caroline were these mosaic coasters, backed with felt. Devin made cat shaped magnets for Kirsten.

Both Devin and I really enjoyed taking part in this swap. Thank you to Caroline and Kirsten for the packages they sent us and thank you to Chrissy for organising the swap.
